Nutrition Advice

Do you feel like you're lacking discipline with your nutrition or simply aren't sure what to eat that best suits your goals and caloric needs? Together we will dive deeper into your dietary habits and analyse the quality of your day-to-day nutrition and the way it affects both your physique and athletic performance. Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand and it is my responsibility as your Personal Trainer not to fall behind on either.

Our first appointment is free of charge! The first step is filling out this questionnaire with your personal details, training experience, and health and medical history so that I can get to know you and your needs and goals better in advance. When we meet for the first time, we will have a casual friendly chat and I will give you a trial training session so that you can get familiarized with my services as a Personal Trainer, and decide for yourself whether you'd like to become a client on a regular basis.
